If any of these sound familiar...

You're in the right spot.

Your student isn't lazy.

They're not broken.
They're not unmotivated.

They're adapting.

The procrastination.
The perfectionism.
The shutdown.
The anxiety.

They all make sense.

And when they finally understand why...
everything starts to change.

This isn't just about getting better grades...

Although that is usually a byproduct when teens learn how to work with themselves rather than against themselves, but really,

It's about rebuilding the student underneath them.

School teaches chemistry.

Math.

English.

History.

Very few students are ever taught:

• how procrastination actually works

• why perfectionism is exhausting

• how to recover after failure

• confidence

• emotional regulation

• resilience

That's what this workshop teaches.

What Changes Inside the Workshop? Students begin to...

✓ Why "trying harder" isn't the answer.

✓ Why procrastination often isn't about laziness.

✓ Why some of the highest-achieving students struggle the most.

✓ How school unintentionally shapes the way students see themselves.

✓ Why confidence is built—not found.

✓ What authentic success actually looks like.

✓ Why changing the ecosystem changes the student.

You won't leave with every answer.

But you'll leave seeing your student—and perhaps yourself—through a completely different lens.

And that's exactly where meaningful change begins.

Call To Action

Why I Built This

For fifteen years I have taught advanced chemistry and college readiness, both in one of the highest-trauma school districts in Washington, and to high-achieving students across the globe online.

Regardless of background or socioeconomic class, I have watched brilliant students convince themselves they were failures.

Not because they weren't capable...

Because somewhere along the way they stopped believing they were.

The problem was never intelligence.

It was identity.

That's why I created Student Success Lab.

School teaches subjects.

I teach students how to understand themselves, work with themselves, and build themselves into the kind of person who achieves their authentic dreams.

The Student Success Lab is more than a program—it's an ecosystem designed to help students understand themselves, lead themselves, and begin building the life they're capable of creating. I'd love to welcome your student into it.

Neetu (Parent)

I’m so very proud of her. I just want her to learn not to be afraid of studying and doing the work ahead of time. I sincerely appreciate you talking to S-----. I am very thankful for your advice and being there for her. It really makes a very big difference.

Kaitlyn (Student)

You are truly amazing and make everything so NOT stressful when my default is to panic with my anxiety. Thank you for everything that you do.

Nimi (Parent)

As you know she is such a bright and amazing child who knows her stuff... she works so hard and it's honestly heartbreaking watch her cry when she gets low grades because of her anxiety! There is no price that I can put on this to help her work through this... and I honestly believe you are the best person to help her!!

(...a few weeks later)

So proud of R---!!!! She got a 91 in AP Biology for the school exam! So crazy to think where we were a few months ago the amazing turn around! So thankful for you and all your help and support ❤️

Noah (Student)

This made me realize there wasn't something wrong with me, it was how I was thinking and approaching things. I just finally understood why I kept doing the same things over and over. That was honestly a huge relief.

Sarah (Parent)

Nicole has a way of helping students feel understood without making excuses for them. My daughter feels challenged, but also supported, and that's a balance we hadn't been able to find anywhere else.

Rachel (Parent)

I signed up hoping my daughter would do better in school. What I didn't expect was to get my daughter back. She laughs more. She talks to us more. She's kinder to herself. The grades have improved too, but honestly... those other changes mattered even more.

If You've been wondering whether this workshop is for your student, let me reassure you:

They don't need to be failing.

They don't need to be highly anxious.

They don't need to have everything figured out.

If they're navigating school, trying to understand themselves, or simply wanting to feel more confident in who they are, they're welcome here.

My hope is that every student leaves feeling just a little more understood—and a little more hopeful about what comes next.

Because authentic success doesn't begin with having all the answers.

It begins with seeing the problem differently.
